Builder 20 members gathered in California this month to explore kitchen showrooms displaying innovative, luxury kitchen appliances - a home chef’s dream! Some of the coolest products featured were from German engineering company, Gaggenau, who is a specialist in new methods of cooking - like STEAM.

Brace yourself for more details about the focal features of the roof that make this $4.5 million dollar project a very special monument. From breath taking views and glass-encased pool, to a reclaimed boat that traveled from land to roof by a huge crane, this roof-top is truly one of a kind!

Tongue & Groove custom builder has been busy getting ready for the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA—2016 Parade of Homes! Last year, Tongue & Groove took home the Parade’s GOLD AWARD for Second Wind, our modern beach home on Kure Beach. And, this year…..we’re keeping our eyes on the prize in hopes for another GOLD!
