Coastal Farmhouse
Wilmington, NC
Located in Landfall, this 4,784 SF home overlooks views of Landfall Lake from the indoor and outdoor living spaces. This project was designed to create a welcoming environment for the homeowners, their family, and friends. Incorporating sentimental belongings and designing “aged” elements such as the reclaimed fireplace mantel, hand carved fish, custom pine Hoosier cabinets and oyster tabby fireplaces, the home exudes a cozy and historic ambiance.
Metal roofing and a mixture of exterior siding from shingles and board and batten, louvers and tabby stucco with cool white and gray tones complete the coastal style. The Red Front door of this home not only adds a pop of color to the exterior, it also resembles a “warm welcome” from the family. As always, T&G designs with the intention of creating outdoor living spaces as an extension of the home. The patio and pool area are easily accessed from the full sliding doors in the living room. Also featuring a screened-in porch off of the kitchen, an infinity edge pool, fire pit and an amazing view, this home allows our clients to live their lives comfortably and in style.
