Villagio
Wilmington, NC
Villaggio, as it is affectionately called, is a home designed with the use of 3 different structures reminiscent of a small village, creating the feeling of a courtyard in its midst. Lush plantings, pools, fountains, and bridges make up the interior and exterior spaces while overlooking balconies provide a European feel. The home was built with family in mind, having all the amenities of a resort. Built in Landfall in 2007, it was meant to demonstrate the creativity of the owner and as a result has become widely recognized.
