When you contact the Tongue & Groove team with a qualified lead for home building or renovation, the commission will be 3% calculated on the base home price, excluding design, outdoor living, and change orders.
Fee Schedule: 3% paid at construction start.

You must be a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina. You must accompany the buyer in person to the builder’s office on the first visit or via video conferencing. Proper introductions, design preferences, lifestyle requirements, relocation, budget and lender qualifying parameters, and other pertinent information relative to the buyer’s situation are to be disclosed to T&G.
We work together to identify your client’s homesite. You know where your client wants to build and what they’re looking for in a lot. Tongue & Groove’s team can help in the decision-making process by conducting our in-depth homesite research. (i.e., Flood Zones, Survey Maps)
