Job Overview:

The Property Service Manager will drive the growth and success of Tongue & Groove’s Property Services division, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our affluent clientele. This role includes salary, benefits, and profit sharing, and working with a strong management team in Wilmington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Promote maintenance services and acquire renovation projects.
  • Concierge Manager Program: Develop and extend comprehensive support services to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Property Services team and subcontractors.
  • Service Standards: Set and communicate service standards aligned with our brand.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain personalized communication and understand client needs.
  • Financial Management: Oversee P&L, manage COGS, develop budgets, and control expenses.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure renovation projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintenance Management: Develop schedules and ensure high-quality property maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards through inspections and safety protocols.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on projects, financial performance, and operations.

Craft Architecture & Interiors: Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property services or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and financial management skills.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience with luxury real estate preferred.
