The Bookkeeper will manage the accounts payable and accounts receivables using QuickBooks Desktop, reconciling the bank and credit cards, processing sales, and using taxes for Tongue & Groove Design + Build and Craft Architecture & Interiors. The Bookkeepers’ main objective is to keep our books up to date. The right candidate will possess attention to detail, communication skills, a fun-loving attitude, an eagerness to learn about this industry, and a natural urgency to complete tasks to the best of their ability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation

• Monthly Sales & Use Tax

• Vendor / Subcontractor Certificate of Insurance Tracking

• QuickBooks experience necessary
