Tongue and Groove’s Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing the employee life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and hiring

2. Employee training and development

3. Employer-Employee Relations

4. Maintain company culture

5. Manage employee compensation and benefits

6. Create a safe work environment

7. Handle disciplinary actions

8. Labor law compliance

Education, Experience and Core Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 5 years on the job training
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
• Time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
