General Description : The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Assist in quarterly and annual tax preparation
- Assist in bank & credit card reconciliations
- COI tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills :
- 1 to 3 years of Quick Books experience, required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
