Working collaboratively with homeowners, Tongue & Groove Estate Executives, and other Tongue & Groove teams, you’ll contribute to the continued success and growth of the division.
Service Promotion & Growth: Collaborate across construction and realty divisions to generate new service opportunities and expand the client base.
Punch List & Warranty Support: Assist Estate Executives with punch list items and warranty claims for homes completed under our construction services, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and to the highest standard.
Home Inspection Support: Partner with Estate Executives and realtors to resolve punch list items identified during home inspections, ensuring homes are move-in ready and up to expectations.

Efficient Communication & Documentation: Utilize company software systems to track tasks, maintain accurate schedules, and document service delivery, ensuring smooth communication within the team and with clients.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5 pm. Occasional weekend work for client emergencies and designated on call weekend.
