Created with uncompromising standards and an agenda that included protecting a client’s financial investment, Tongue & Groove set out to build beautiful homes of the highest quality while delivering superior customer care. Our luxury design-build firm’s office location is perfectly tailored to our full-service approach. Our office houses our administrative and design staff, as well as our design center. The structure and site were thoughtfully developed by Nick Garrett in 1999, who was the most esteemed custom builder in the area at the time. In 2022, we completed a complete renovation to the exterior and interior, transforming it into a showcase for our clients. This allows our clients to experience high-end selections first-hand and see how certain products function in real life. The building boasts a residential construction style with a stone foundation, timber brackets, cedar shingle siding and roofing, copper gutters, and rain chains. The interiors also exude a domestic feel, featuring shell stone pavers and shiplap paneling sourced from indigenous coastal NC building materials. Our team continues the legacy of this iconic space by creating award-winning home designs and delivering unparalleled service.
