POSITION OVERVIEW

As Architectural Interior Designer, you will lead all aspects of the interior design function—managing team development, design strategy, project execution, and client relationships. This role is responsible for elevating the CRAFT brand through thoughtful, luxury design while maintaining efficiency, budget oversight, and a seamless integration of interiors into the architectural process.

You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership to expand our service offerings and client experience, ensuring that CRAFT delivers a comprehensive lifestyle brand, from architectural vision to furnishings, finishes, and final touches.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or luxury interior design
  • Proven track record managing design teams and client relationships
  • Proficiency in design tools (Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical detailing, building codes and industry standards
  • Experience in managing budgets and design procurement
