Position Overview
The Concierge Manager is responsible for creating a 5-star luxury experience for homeowners and guests across high-end residences and the company’s operations. This role combines elevated client service, attention to detail, and proactive property and office management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a sharp eye for aesthetics, exceptional organization, and a passion for anticipating needs before they arise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
General & Office Operations
- Create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort for clients akin to a 5-star resort
- Seamlessly manage general office operations and client experiences
- Organize and address property presentation with proactive white glove service
- Anticipate and fulfill daily needs of clients and visitors
- Develop a concierge program that delivers memorable experiences and differentiates the brand
Property Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled maintenance checks to ensure top-tier function of appliances and systems
- Perform detailed pre-arrival inspections and resolve issues in advance
- Supervise cleaning personnel and ensure property cleanliness, including pools and outdoor spaces
- Stock kitchens, refresh bathrooms, and prepare amenities for a guest-ready environment
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, fueling vehicles, and laundry upon request
- Greet guests and provide airport transportation as needed
- Coordinate meal planning and shopping with homeowners, chefs, or vendors
- Execute post-visit resets to return home to pristine condition

Schedule
- Full Time, Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility may be required for special events or homeowner needs
