Position Overview
The Front Office Manager & Admin Assistant is the first point of contact for guests and clients and serves as the foundation of an organized and efficient office environment. This role manages all front-desk activities, including visitor reception, communication handling, meeting coordination, supply oversight, and administrative support.
This position requires a polished communicator, someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and offering five-star service from the first hello to the last detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Visitor Management
Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism
Direct visitors to the appropriate team members
Notify staff of client arrivals
Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email
Office Organization
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front office and shared spaces
Ensure supplies, forms, and materials are stocked and orderly
Mail and Deliveries
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Supply Management
Track inventory and order office supplies as needed
Calendar and Meeting Coordination
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
Administrative Support
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and errands
Travel & Accommodations
Arrange travel plans and accommodations for company staff when needed
