OBJECTIVES:

Craft a setting where homeowners immediately feel enveloped in luxury and comfort akin to a 5-star resort.
Seamlessly manage general household operations ensuring unparalleled service.
Efficiently maintain, organize, and preemptively address household schedules and inventory.
Foresee and fulfill the daily requirements of homeowners even before they step foot into their residence.
Showcase proficient cleaning and maintenance abilities across diverse assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systematically conduct maintenance checks, ensuring top-tier work quality and flawless operation of all household appliances and mechanics.
Execute meticulous pre-arrival inspections, addressing any concerns prior to homeowners stepping in.
Supervise cleaning personnel ensuring immaculate upkeep of all areas, extending to pools and external amenities.
Ensure homes are guest-ready — kitchens stocked, bathrooms refreshed, appliances sparkling, fresh flowers adorned, pools prepared, and landscapes picture-perfect.
Handle routine chores, including grocery shopping, fueling vehicles, and managing laundry.
Welcome guests and family members, potentially including airport pick-ups.
Collaborate with homeowners or cooking staff for meal planning and grocery acquisitions.
Conduct thorough post-visit inspections to reset residences to perfection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in household, yacht, or elite hospitality management.
Prior exposure to housekeeping, interior design, or fine dining services.
Comprehensive understanding of household appliance intricacies.
Flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
Capability to handle weights up to 30 pounds.
An acute sense of detail and multitasking.
Valid driver’s license sans any restrictions.
Proficiency in smart home technologies.
Exceptional time management capabilities.
An innate sense for luxurious residential aesthetics.
