Position Overview
The Executive Housekeeper is entrusted with the full oversight of interior presentation, organization, and daily refinement of a private residence. This individual operates with complete discretion, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the principals without disruption to their lifestyle or privacy. This is a senior level household position requiring autonomy, polish, and a commitment to maintaining a residence at the highest standard of excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate daily and deep cleaning standards across all interior spaces, fine furnishings, delicate fabrics, and specialty finishes.
- Provide seamless service by managing tasks discreetly and working around the principals schedule with minimal visibility.
- Oversee laundry and wardrobe care including pressing, steaming, garment organization, and seasonal rotation of designer clothing and fine linens.
- Manage pantry systems, household inventory, and storage organization with efficiency and aesthetic precision.
- Professionally pack and unpack luggage for principals and guests, ensuring garments and personal effects are handled with exceptional care.
- Conduct personal shopping for household supplies, specialty items, gifts, and principal specific requests with discretion and sound judgment.
- Provide personal assistant support including errands, vendor coordination, appointment scheduling, and light administrative assistance as required.
- Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, travel returns, and special occasions to ensure a fully staged and welcoming environment at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all household matters and personal information.
